We have a few pictures taken by Grandma Deyholos. In this photo, as you can see, my belly is much larger than Shelyn's; this is due to a phenomenon known as flaboandrosis - fat man syndrome. As men try to keep up with their feminine counterparts, a large belly, or "spare tire" develops.In this picture, Shelyn is about 6 months pregnant, just starting her third trimester. Shelyn's dad just packed up all of their remaining stuff into the trailer behind us, before leaving Canada one last time en route to Alpine, Wyoming.
